Lainey offered a seven-hour Structured Negotiation training (spread over two days) to Disability Rights California (DRC) lawyers in August 2023. The training was planned and co-facilitated by Autumn Elliot (DRC Senior Counsel) and Melinda Bird (DRC Senior Litigation Counsel).
