She is a clear expert in digital accessibility and Structured Negotiation, and shared her years of valuable insights in such a vibrant and astute, yet highly relatable way. Lainey brings an excellent energy to the audience when she presents, inspiring so many — from newbies to experts — to get excited, expand their knowledge and understanding, and even rethink their approach to drive greater impact.
