Lainey packed the bookstore at Baruch College at a book signing event for Structured Negotiations, a Winning Alternative to Lawsuits. A diverse crowd of some 60 people sat in rapt silence as she described the Structured Negotiation process and told just enough individual stories to make it real! She presented with ease, passion, humor and charm. Everyone went away having learned a lot and feeling hopeful and energized about the future of digital technology.
